about Arizona Museum of Natural History:

The Arizona Museum of Natural History, formerly the Mesa Southwest Museum, boasts the state's largest collection of dinosaur fossils and dinosaurs - fearsome creatures of the animatronic persuasion.

The Valley's only natural history museum not only has the best dinosaurs in town, but also a history courtyard where visitors pan for gold, a gallery that includes a replica native village and pottery, and three changing exhibition galleries. The museum also offers workshops, labs, summer learning camps, and birthday party packages to Valley families. Check out the website for current activities.
