A wide variety of day camps are offered throughout the year for teens and children ages 6-11. These weeklong events explore different topics through hands-on experimentation and activities. Check the website for current offerings.
The center specializes in birthday parties for children ages 5-10. Parties are hosted each weekend from 10am-12n or 1pm-3pm and feature private party rooms, themed science activities, party favors, admission to the center before or after the party, and parking validation. Parents can enjoy an adults' night out the first Friday of every month from 5:30pm-9:00pm. Admission is free and includes access to the exhibit galleries and a special lecture presentation.
Discounted parking is available at the Heritage and Science Park garage located on the southeast corner of Monroe and 5th streets. Take your parking ticket to the Information Desk for validation.
