about Artie's:

Serving a classic American menu, Artie's offers salads, burgers, steaks, seafood, and desserts like deep dish apple pecan pie and homemade ice cream. The children's menu (for kids under 12) includes chicken fingers, grilled cheese, a cheeseburger, and smoked salmon. Brunch is available on Saturday and Sunday, and includes most of the standard menu plus entrees like french toast and lots of egg variations. The kids can have scrambled eggs, french toast, or pasta in addition to the regular children's items. Artie's has booster seats and high chairs, plus changing tables in the restrooms.

As with all the restaurants in the Great American group, no reservations are taken, but you can phone ahead and get placed on the waiting list. They'll let you know how long a wait is expected at that point, which lets you occupy the kids at home instead of in the restaurant lobby...
