Au Pair International provides families with a flexible childcare solution. Because au pairs are live-in, they have the flexibility to care for children at the times that accommodate a family's schedule. Au pairs may also assist with childcare related light housekeeping and duties. Au pairs in the program are proficient in spoken English and must pass a screening, background, and personal interview process. All candidates have documented childcare experience and must complete a 32-hour childcare training program, which includes development stages, CPR, nutrition, infant care, safety, age appropriate activities, child illnesses, and more. Consult the website for pricing and application information.
