about Audubon Portland:

Audubon's 143-acre, free-to-the-public, Nature Sanctuary nestles against Forest Park, five minutes from downtown Portland. A small pond and pavilion structure provide a peaceful place to have lunch and let the wildlife come to you!

The Audubon Society also offers classes and camp programs for kids in grades one and up. Check the website for the current schedule.
