Avis has several locations around town. Bear in mind that AAA members often get discounts, and weekend rates are generally cheaper than week day rates. It can also be less expensive to pick up a car once you arrive at your hotel than to grab one from the airport. California law requires that child car safety seats be made available to you by rental agencies. This service generally runs an additional $5 a day - it's a good idea to call ahead to make sure they have the size you need on hand.
