An expert guest speaker at each luncheon discusses a topic relevant to early childhood, and there are free raffles with great prizes.

I went to an expectant mom dinner last month and had a wonderful time! The topic was breast feeding. The speaker was amazing. She knew her stuff and gave practical information. She also fielded questions from the table--it was a rapid fire exchange and I got more out of that evening than from any of the child care books I had been reading.

i met my playgroup thru baby bites. we started at carne. the food was ok. we have since gone several times to the baby bites at tj o'brien's because it is closer to us, but it is just so nice to be with friendly people and feel civilized and welcome even with a (sometimes crying) baby in tow. the speakers vary from great (get your baby to sleep) to necessary (get your pre-baby tummy back). thank you, laura.

I have been going to Baby Bites NYC luncheons (West Side) for quite some time now. The speakers are great and I have met some really nice women there. If you are a new mom looking to meet other new moms, I highly suggest you go!

I went to a luncheon and I had tremendous fun meeting other moms, learning valuable advice and my baby had a chance to make little playmates too! I would say this is the best way to mix fun with education. The goodies were cute too! I would recommend this to all lonesome and not so lonesome new moms.

I went to my first and last baby bites luncheon this past week at Carne. The food was awful. I went with three of my friends and we will never go back.

I went to a Baby Bites luncheon and had a great afternoon. I met lots of great women and it was so nice to get out of my apartment! I went to the East Side luncheon (Metropolitan Cafe) and the food was amazing. Laura, the woman who runs them, is very sweet. I highly recommend going.
