This is a great place to know about when you're near the Carousel, Heckscher Playground, or the playing fields. The $4.50 kids' menu takes the edge off hunger and offers a choice of grilled cheese, PB&J or a hot dog, and includes a popsicle and a drink. You can also choose from hamburger/pizza type fare, and in the morning grab a bagel or muffin.
Since the seating is al fresco, and the restaurant is really just a storefront, dogs are welcome and plentiful.
