An outdoorsman's definition of heaven, Bass Pro Shops Outdoor World can be an adventurous family outing, with plenty to do and see.
Upon entering the lodge-like mega-store, head straight to the back of the facility for a front row spot at the giant waterfall aquarium. Check out the trout pond filled with live trout and ducks, and finish off the tour with a little "sharp-shooting" at the arcade shooting gallery. Convenient restrooms are located behind the waterfall aquarium.
Shopping is also a sport here, with everything you need for almost any outdoor excursion. Fishing, hunting, camping, and water sports are all very well represented.
