Bear Rock Cafe is a sophisticated sandwich restaurant in a mountain lodge setting, with a few new twists. The breads are very fresh and, in some cases, organic, and filling choices include ham and beef, chicken, turkey, or veggies. Healthy items are clearly marked on the menu, as are hot selections. Soups, salads, topped baked potatoes, and specialty flatbread sandwiches round out the menu. The soup selection rotates based on the day of the week and features some refreshing options like Sunburst Tomato & Fennel Bisque, Cheyenne Chicken & Rice, and crab and sweet corn. The kids' menu offers grilled cheese, peanut butter and jelly, mac and cheese, or half of a create-your-own sandwich served with fruit, chips, a fountain drink, and a toy for $3.79.
