I have shopped at Bebe Grand since shortly after the birth of my daughter in 2001. I have always had excellent service and the quality of the clothes is outstanding. The clothes, toys, books, and gifts are truly unique. You will not find anything else like it anywhere in Dallas. The women who work there know their stuff! They have always helped me with sizes, bedding, and have great gift ideas. My husband has even called to get gifts and they have it ready and waiting for him to pick up! It will be a sad day when my daughter outgrows the store.

I wondered into Bebe Grand just several weeks after the shop opened six years ago...and I have been going back regularly ever since! It is such a creative, happy, child-oriented place where I can count on getting the latest charming clothes and gifts for my granddaughter. Their book selection is exceptional, and the staff has personally read every book and selected it because it meets specific criterior. Their buyer is keenly aware of both the expressed message of each book as well as the subtle message that is carried through the quality of the artwork.Their toys are selected because of their age-appropriateness and creativenss. There staff is knowledgeable, warm, and always helpful to me when I want it. It is the perfect store for a grandmother who loves to indulge in the best for her grandchidren.

I have shopped at Bebe Grand for six years -- and have always enjoyed superior service and great products. The merchandise is always attractively arranged so that you can see everything and the staff is incredibly helpful if you need it, but not pushy if you prefer to simply browse. There is a great balance of old favorite brands along with fresh new brands rotating through the store so that the selection never seems stagnant. When my daughter was younger, I could not walk in without finding more than one outfit that was perfect for her. More importantly, children are welcome. As a baby or toddler, my daughter spent many happy times browsing through the fabulous selection of children's books and toys -- (and occasionally rearranging the Zutano or other collections). She was always welcome. In fact, it was a very sad day when she grew to big to shop for clothes at Bebe Grand. She still enjoys shopping for birthday gifts or books and it is still my first stop for gifts for younger children and for special occasion gifts -- for example, stocking stuffers; Halloween treats, costumes and accessories, Easter basket goodies; christening gifts; birthday gifts and even grandparent gifts. On another note, Bebe Grand is also a great neighbor -- giving generously to neighborhood organizations and school auctions and hosting kid friendly events around the holidays. I was truly sorry to read the two unhappy reviews on this site since the experience they describe is not typical of my many visits to Bebe Grand over the last 6 years. I hope those shoppers will give the store another try. It really is a jewel and Lakewood is lucky to have it!
