Safety is highly in question. If your child chooses to use the diving board they are not allowed to exist the pool safely by using the ladder. They are required to CLIMB UP THE WALL onto the pool deck. Unfortunately, my son cracked his chin upon exiting via the wall. Highly unsafe! I am surprised the City of Aurora is continuing to allow this unsafe procedure. When i confronted the Life guard about the safety concerns he did not empathize nor care to note my concerns. Also, i applied my own son's band-aid. this was the morning of March 31, 20012. Great training! Also, the chemical levels seems extremely high. I am not sure if its the chlorine, but my black swim suit is now BROWN! I wore it 2x's this season, once t Utah, no problems, and the last at Beck. Check the levels folks!!

The remodeling is well deserved however the safety factors were not taken into consideration. If your child jumps off the diving board they are not allowed to exit the deep end of the pool at the nearest ladder, they must CLIMB UP the cement wall to the deck. The person I spoke with did not seem to be very tolerant. I was inquiring about pricing for membership and hours for open swimming. He quickly gave me the rates and then told me to come in and get a brochure for more extensive information.
