Berry Patch Farms, a 40-acre working farm, is certified organic by the USDA. Families are invited to come see how a farm operates and pick in-season produce while they're visiting.
Children are encouraged to visit so they have an opportunity to learn more about agriculture and to have an authentic farm experience. Educators and group leaders are encouraged to contact Berry Patch Farm to arrange field trips.
The farm is happy to host "berry fun" birthday parties; parties cost $5/child and includes use of picnic tables, picking a pint of berries, a hayride, and a video clip pertaining to agriculture. Birthday parties can be held Tues-Sat. from 9am-4pm during the months of June, August, and September.
