This is a wonderful school. The water is always warm which is important to us because we are always cold. My daughter just made 3 and can swim a full lap. My 18 month old feels very comfortable in and under the water. We are very happy with the results.

There is a reason they only take checks or cash. This facility has no sense of customer service, and does NOT provide a good learning environment. I wanted to sign up my infant daughter for lessons and they didn't allow me to take her in the water for 5 minutes just to see that she'd be OK with it, and I was ok with the temp and chlorine levels. So I had to put all the money up front before being able to verify that she'd even be fine going into the water. During her lessons, one of the other children was CRYING.. loud and persistent. This made her cry and ruined the whole "gentle introduction" to swimming. If a kid is clearly crying with no end in sight -- take him out of the pool to calm down! They said there would be free swim anytime between lessons, but it turns out this is not allowed 2 days of the week (I forget which two). Also, they would not reschedule the lesson that we had to stop 5 minutes into it (due to the other crying kid), and considered it a full and lesson. For an experience that can be scary to kids, they certainly make an effort to also frustrate the parents with total lack of friendliness or customer service.

My child was scared to be in the water and would not go in without holding onto an adult. 9 lessons later could swim with no floaties and no help.

Excellent Swim School for babies, toddlers and phobic moms and dads. The place is really clean and the instructors are really great. They are open year round and have heated bathrooms with showers. They even have birthday partys there complete with lifeguards. The owner is awesome and extremely knowledgeable and will work with just about any situation-especially kids with special needs.
