Terrible experience at this store. Do not shop here. The sales woman was very rude and attempted to make me feel ignorant on the topic of my son and his shoe needs. She informed me, "Doctors do not take a class in shoe fitting in medical school" when I told her my Pediatrician told me to purchase a specific type of shoe. She also had many words of wisdom from her friend who is a physical therapist. I did not ask her for advice and simply wanted to buy the shoe I entered the store to buy. Needless to say I left with nothing and will never go back. Generally when I shop in this store there are no other customers and I now know why! Do not buy from this store. Von Maur will help you meet your child's shoe needs in a friendly and upbeat manner and it is downstairs from this horrible store.

Awful experience at this location. Bought a pair of shoes, daughter (2 years old) wore them 1 time and got a very bad blister. Tried to take them back the next day just to exchange them for a different pair (not to get our money back) and the manager refused, saying the blister could have been caused by several other conditions. If you buy here, (which I don't recommend) make sure you know that once you put the shoe on your foot you cannot take them back no matter what the issue is!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!
