We're huge fans of Blue Dragon Martial Arts with Sensei Kim. My boys adore her and she works so well with each of them. She really focuses on their distinct personalities and knows how best to interact with each so as to bring out the best in them.
...studying with Sensi Kim -- Jack the older one has been taking classes for over two years and he LOVES them -- and Sensi Kim. He's very proud of his karate work and happy that his little brother Noah is learning too. Sensi Kim also has a very positive influence on their behavior -- they're learning respect & responsibility as well as martial arts.
My son has taken classes from Sensei Kim for 2 years and it has been a great experience. The class is fun and educational. We are thrilled he has had this opportunity to learn from the best.
Blue Dragon (under the direction of Sensei Kim) is not simply a place to learn martial arts, it teaches children the importance of honesty and respect, words often repeated in the class motto. The kids have a healthy respect for Sensei Kim who keeps firm control with a wise balance of humor, and discipline. And to move up along the ranks in belt colors requires more than just class knowledge; kids must also maintain their studies in school and respectful behavior at home in order to progress as blue dragons. Few after school programs offer physical activities with such wide ranging benefits. We highly recommend Blue Dragon Martial Arts.
