We are so lucky to live in a county with such wonderful parks! Bogan Park's pool is perfect in the winter to chase off cabin fever. At $5 and under for Gwinnett residents (don't forget your ID), it's a great place to take the family. We all love the waterslide and the play area in the water.

All Gwinnett Aquatic Centers doubled their non-gwinnett county residents fees. Very disappointed about this. We told all our friends this and they aren't going to go anymore. It's cheaper to get white water and lake lanier islands season passes then to go to these small parks. I can see adding a couple dollars to non-residents, but DOUBLING the prices is just plain greedy. They are that good to spend $10 for adults and $8 for each child. Especially since the lifeguards take 15 minute breaks every 45 min! We don't even get our money worth. All of these places are a joke, a rip off, and just not worth it. They hire a bunch of kids to work there, and they are just plain lazy and rude. Very unprofessional place. We won't be back! You have lost a bunch of customers because of your rediculous price gouging.

We called to inquire about swimming lessons for our five year daughter. The lady who answered the phone seemed rushed and occupied while were asking questions.Very unprofessional.

Many life guards don't enforce rules. Some are just plan lazy. Women enter the pool area with high heal shoes. Many times they don't charge for people coming into the pool area that don't want to swim.

They closed the pool early because of bad weather. I think they did not want to work. Lazy staff. Kept closing the pool. Need to hire a more mature staff.

Awesome facility but bad staff..I guess they must hire highschoolers out on summer break because the person at reception desk was extremely rude. Saying that we could not leave the building and return without paying to come back in again (obviously this isnt a real rule because it isnt posted anywhere) She then proceded to give me a time limit of 15 minutes that I could leave and come back in without having to pay again..

...and niece today, they wouldn't let us swim/play because I didn't have a bathingsuit. I can understand rules but it's not like I was wearing jeans and a sweater. My daughter was very disapointed

Went yesterday, wasn't overcrowded and my 6 year old and I had a ball.
