Bouncin' Kidz Moonwalk and Party Rentals3514

Our playgroup from Port Huron went here for a TODDLER playdate (5 and under by their definiation).

Pros:
A large selection and good variety of inflatables. Facility was clean and the push / ride-on toys gave the kids something to do when they needed to catch their breath. Clean restrooms, nice size stalls - you and your kid could easily fit.

Cons:
Only con I have and the reason I gave 3 stars: When I called to find out about this place they said TODDLER times were only for 5 and under. I asked if they would let siblings older than 5 in. The answer was NO. I asked could they at least come so the parent doesn't have to find a sitter for the older child. Again the answer was no with this explanation: TODDLER tims is specifically for the younger children. It's easier for them and less chance of getting hurt when the older kids aren't on the inflatables at the same time. There is no way for them to be sure an older child doesn't go on the inflatables so they are not allowed in the facility during TODDLER time.

Okay, fine. So 4 of our members didn't come because they had older children that they either couldn't or chose not to get a sitter for.

We go today and they let in several kids over 5 - one was 10 - and when questioned the manager really offered no explanation as why they bent the rules. But they did want the name of the person I spoke to.

It is sad when a business bends the rules for someone who just shows up.

We had our six year old daughter's party here and it was great! The adults had a great time too. Everyone was laughing and really enjoying themselves. We loved it!

ok. I know competition must be hard but please don't use this avenue. It makes me as a mom not want to rely on others "real" responses! And gives me a bitter taste to all involved! I attended a bday party here for a boy and I really enjoyed it. As a parent I like that I can join in or sit out. Attendees were there I would say they were "fair" nothing outstanding good or bad to say. In the food/gift room they helped out the bday boy so it was real nice. They gathered up the paper, prepared it before hand and clean up after. I'd like to have a party here. True the inflatables are very close to each other.. but I have never been any where else and honestly I didn't even think of it til I read about it. So I can't say much except that if you need more room to run or converse then it may be an issue otherwise not. I would like more table area for the parents to sit actually if you have a large party. I think it was organized well. Personally, I like moving from one room to the next. I guess the downfall would be for a large group of being in one smaller area. But the changing rooms does help with any boredom for short attention or dominating of one item. This one does offer more things to cost more money but I do like that they offer a variety. You do not have to sign up for these things and if you go in knowing pre warn your kids. Mine are use to receiving alot and they can handle it so... Other places do let you bring in more, hence lower costs there.. but on the flip side less choices. So all depends what you are looking for. By the way, if 14 is too "old" then why are they accepted to pay..all places charge 2-18 yrs olds. that I have found... so if 14 is too old maybe they shouldn't be charged to attend. I think 14 is just fine. As far as cleanliness I didn't have an issue with anything I saw. Haven't been to others, undecided if I should stick with what I know or see if anything we like better. But no complaints here.

I'm a former employee of Bouncin' Kidz. As for some of the people who say that boucnin' kidz is not a good place...I will forever fight for it because it truly is an safe and fun place for kidz. I agree with Johnny C for having to clean the facility every night. Bouncin' Kidz has friendly staff and great prices. If I was a mother I would over all choose BKPC! Keep up the good work Michelle...you've done an amazing job! ;)

Hey hey whoa, getting a little personal here. "Upset Mother", bringing a 14 year old in for her birthday party frankly frightens me. At 14 years of age you're far too old for such a party. Being 14, I'm sure the kids are old enough to say 'no' to so they shouldn't 'run you broke' on concessions. As far as the poorly trained staff, not sure how things are run nowadays but when I was there, there was constant training, even later into my term. And as for the 'unclean facilities'...I myself was fired for doing a lackluster job on the bathrooms, Ha, how ironic...But back to the point, you need to relax, tell your daughter to grow up, and take that advice yourself.

Went there for a birthday party. All the kids AND Parents enjoyed themselves. Very clean place. And the staff was EXTREMELY friendly. Will definately go there again.

I would like to set the record straight once and for all. If you have an issue, I urge you to call me and we can discuss this. You probably won't do that because you are not "really" a customer. Although this site is not monitored I will remind you that slander has it's consequences. I will only say you have no proof of anything you are implying about my facility. My bathrooms and the rest of the building is probably cleaner than any other children's place around! You are entitled to your opinion and that is all you have. I would reccommend that anyone come to our facility to see for themselves exactly how "CLEAN" we are. You are more than welcome to come and watch my staff clean & disinfect our facility top to bottom on a daily basis! I know my competitor does not, I know this because I have some of their staff members now choosing to work for me. Have an awesome day and God Bless!

we went for our first time with a 2 year old and a 3 year old. We had so much fun.... it was extremly clean and the staff was friendly... would highly recommend... went to the wednesday open bounce will come again

1.I do not think that 14 year olds are too old for bouncing toys; they wanted to have their party there. 2. Ms. LaLonde, I spoke with a mid 30-40 year old Gentleman about my party at your facility, Left my home and Cell Number for you to phone me. I tried calling the facility multiple times, but you or a store manager were always unavailable. 3. I will Never come to this facility again; because of the horrible customer service and the poorly trained staff.

Feed your kids before you go.. Don't go into the party room unless there is a party.. I went there with both of my children (ages 17 mnths and 8 years old) they have never had so much fun in there life! Your not there to chat... Notice how you have to have a parent with you? That is cause the kids are NOT there responsibility... They are yours... 7 dollars? CANT BEAT IT! Just make sure you don't wear something you will get hot in.. (and for the upset mother) dont you think 14 years old is a little old for BOUNCING TOYS?

this place was awesome for me to play with my kids, the rooms are spacious enough, little room to sit and chat, but i am there to play with my kids and not chat! They provide some food items which is great for snacks, at very reasonable prices. Would highly recommend this place.

Greatest thing ever. Very clean and they did all the work. I would highly reccomend them, and I will definately be going back

I had my child and godchilds 3 year old birthday party there, and I have to say that they were very happy with their party. Not only was it fun for them and all of their family and friends, it was even fun for the adults. This is a place where you and your child can have fun together. There isn't a lot of space for you to do a lot of gathering and conversating, but the reason for you attending this place is to play. The staff gives you an opportunity to see the space before you purchase it, so anyone who isn't pleased with the setup, does not have to rent it. The best thing about it was the fact that it was just the people we invited, we didn't have to worry about any incidents with any outside kids. It was great for 3 year old party. Running, playing, and tiring them out. They enjoyed themselves and so did the adults.

The inflateables are very close together leaving no room for your guests to gather and chat. The Supossed "party attendants" sit arounf and talk instead of watching your children! The party rooms are coved in child like clowns and my kids are 10-14 years old and hated having clowns on their party room walls. There is too much extra stuff that will completely run you broke in the party rooms also. cotton candy, popcorn slushies... I would completely not reccomend Bouncin kids to any parent!!!!
