Bouncing Off the Walls4517

I went to a 2 year old's party there on 10/30/2011 and it was horrible!!! The party was at 6:15 and they didn't have any of the bouncing areas blown up until 6:35. There were 5 pizzas ordered from Pizza Hut but they didn't get them. They went and got 3 Hot n Ready pizzas. Had to go back and get 2 more. They said no outside food, cake and ice cream were part of the package. No cake. No ice cream. Had to run and buy it. One little girl was bouncing, fell and smacked her face into the wall resulting in a bloody nose and mouth. The workers didn't even ask if she was okay. When asked if they at least had some ice they were very rude and acted like they didn't care. The kids had maybe 30 - 40 minutes and then it was time for cake. They rushed the cake and the presents were opened one after the other. The poor child didn't even get to really see what they were. Everyone at that party is going to inform their friends and family to never go there! I work with the public and my employees would be fired for the kind of treatment that these employees gave us. Not one smile. If they don't like their job, get a different one. That's all I had to say. Horrible place and horrible employees!!!!!

I would NEVER, EVER recommend this place to host a birthday party for any children EVER! My party, for two children, I had there yesterday (7/28/2011) was unacceptable! They harass you in your time frame. I ran over 15 minutes and was charged a 25.00 fee. Break that down, that 100.00 per hour! They only give you 45 minutes to eat pizza, have birthday cake and open presents. Since when can two children and their guest eat pizza, do cake and open presents in 45 minutes! All this company cares about is their profit that they are making! What they need to remember is it takes customers to make MONEY! They have lost me and my family as future guest. I have already told my friends and family my opinion and the experience I had. They all said they will NOT to EVER go there (again)! There are other places to go and spend your hard earned money! Oh there's more I can add on how the nickel and dime you to death for only 2 1/2 hours but I'm running out of characters left. I can tell you that you are not even allowed to bring in your own bottle water but you can buy it from them for a dollar each! In my opinion and with freedom of speech and my ability to write this review, I would tell EVERYONE to NEVER, EVER have a birthday party there! There are better places, which actually CARE about the children and their customers! This was an awful experience and a HUGE waste of my hard earns money in these hard times!

I have been here several times, with a large group of kids ranging from 2-14 All the kids had a blast. I don't think the place is dirty, nor do I feel the bathrooms are dirty. My Daughter Loves this place as well as my nephew. I try to take her as often as I can with the lovely weather we can count on,... Happy Customers

Great place to take the kids on cold rainy days or too hot days. Parties there are lots of fun, two hours and your on your way home to a clean house.
I highly recomend this place. Fun times.

Saw them and my grandkids played on the Bouncer donated for the day at Sams Club Sunday for Childrens Hair Loss. That was a nice event. Good people.

I just read "unhappy guests" review.They have to be joking. You remove your shoes so there are no germs on the carpet and bounchers from outside. The bathrooms and party room are spotless and waxed. Two of the Bouncers are over 25 foot long.Thats small? They are cleaned nigtly. We go there every week and its always very clean.They were voted Best Downriver last year! That has to say something for them.I guess you can't please everyone.

The place is very dirty. You can't wear your shoes past the entry point so you have to walk in the bathrooms and party room in socks, which is gross. The inflatables are small and very dirty as well. For what you pay to have a party there I would go to one of the other bouncy places.

The kids say that this is the best time every .That if they had any places to go it would be there. I would take them there.

Great place to come when its cold, rainy,too hot to be out or just anytime to have fun. Great staff and friendly atmosphere.Nice and bright and clean.We will definately be back.My Grandchildren love it.

This is a real fun place to go. Adults as well as children are welcome to bounce.Party prices include Bouncing, Pizza, Pop, Juice, All plates and cups. You just have to bring your party. No clean up and in 2 hours everyone leaves.
I have chaperoned overnight lock in parties for teens and they even have had bachlorette parties. You can't beat the price either. We had kareokee, video games, its a clean fun family place.

We bounced, we played air hockey, we bounced, we played basketball, we have ages 3-42 and we all had a great time. The place is huge. I liked that the games are not coin operated so I wasn't buying tokens all night. We did buy snacks and some drinks and the prices were very affordable we will defintely be back a lot! I can't wait to have our birthday party here.

The kids get to bounce for an hour, then off to the party room for an hour. They serve pizza in the party room where you can open gifts. My kids always have a blast!!

We loved this place! The walls were painted in nice, bright colors, and the music was family friendly songs. The adults can join in on the fun too. The inflateable obstacle courses, slides, and jumpers were amazing. It was so much fun to have a variety of inflatables to chooses from, and plenty of seats available when you need a break! I would highly recommend a visit to Bouncing Off The Walls.

Hated it! There was no place for the adults to sit, it was freezing cold, and was just plain old tacky!

I just took my 2 little one (1 yr and 3 yrs) and also my preteen neice. And we had a great time. And the best part, we were the only ones there!!! We had the whole place to our selves, now, everytime I drive by my 3 yr old crys cause she wants to stop. I definetly reccomend this place for a great family funday :)
