I live in Missouri, and yesterday, I was in need of an outfit for my 3 year old grandson who attends preschool near this clothing store in Florida. I telephoned and explained my predicament, and received the best customer service I've ever received. Keep in mind I'm several states away, and was still treated as if I were standing in the store. The wonderful lady who assisted me, Carissa (not sure of the spelling), went above and beyond what I'm sure her job description reads to assure my grandson's needs were met. I couldn't be more pleased. She hand picked him out an outfit, called me back with the price and took my credit information over the phone. In addition to the wonderful long-distance service, the merchandise was top quality. When I visit the area again in May of this year I plan to go in and personally thank her.
