Bredenbeck's, a Victorian-style bakery and ice cream parlor in Chestnut Hill, is the place to stop for sweet tooths!

Hand-dipped cones, milkshakes, banana splits, frozen yogurt and sundaesare some of the frozen delights offered. The bakery is famous for its Philadelphia-style butter cookies, and its enormous cake selection includes tortes, tiramisu, mousse, pastries, and more.

Birthday cakes are available in many styles. In the Kopy Kake style, pictures are hand-drawn and airbrushed onto cakes. There are lots of designs to choose from or your own picture can be copied. Photo cakes use technology to reprint almost any photo using edible food coloring on top of a cake.

Bar Mitzvah, bridal, and baby shower cakes can be ordered.

There are benches outside and small tables inside, however, on popular weekend evenings, the place can get crowded.
