Pasadena's largest span of green space,
Brookside Park comprises 61 acres and encompasses the city's famous Arroyo Seco watershed. Inside the park, visitors can find the
Pasadena Rose Bowl, the
Rose Bowl Aquatic Center,
Kidspace Children's Museum, Brookside Golf Course, five lighted tennis courts, and countless baseball and soccer playing fields.
The park also houses a regulation baseball diamond, the
Jackie Robinson Stadium, which has grandstand seating for more than 4,000 people, team rooms, showers, and lockers.
Near the entrance to Kidspace, visitors can find a nice
playground for children with modern equipment (divided into two areas for younger and older kids), picnic tables and benches, and an adjacent restroom.
