Bugaboo Creek Steak House is a Canadian Rockies-themed restaurant that is a kid favorite. A talking tree greets you at the door and a talking moose head, mounted on the fireplace, occasionally chats to diners. Some kids may be frightened by the animated Canadians, but most will be entertained. Kids can choose from a full children's menu that offers grilled cheese, mac and cheese, chicken fingers, linguini, and hot dogs. For those with heartier appetites, the restaurant offers kid-sized portions of baby back ribs and steak. Dinner comes with dessert, but drinks are additional. While waiting for dinner to arrive, kids can scribble on their menus with the crayons provided by the restaurant. Parents can choose from steaks, grilled salmon, freshwater fish, burgers, past, smoked baby back ribs, and spit-roasted chicken.
