Burlington Coat Factory offers shoes, coats, housewares, luggage, and a decent selection of clothing for children, expectant mothers, women, and men. It also has a large baby department - the Baby Depot - where parents can find just about anything a child could need/desire, from toys, to books, to nursery furniture/bedding/decor, to bottles, to strollers, to bouncers, to breastfeeding tools, to eating utensils, to playpens, to.... Items are pretty crammed into the Baby Depot, and piled high. Be prepared to wait around awhile for help when you need to reach an item up high or if you have a question. The department is typically only staffed with one or two people, and they are frequently busy with other customers. Prices are pretty low, and the selection is large (if not overwhelming.) One thing that can be particularly maddening about the store is its return policy. It offers absolutely no cash back or credit card refunds, even with a store receipt, and even on items that have never been opened and have all tags attached. The store only issues store credit for returns - period!
