I can't even explain how wonderful Robyn is! We recently had her shoot a newborn session for our son. Words can not explain how creative she is! The ideas and props she has are the most unique I have ever seen. We were beyone thrilled when we saw our slideshow! We have received countless compliments on the slideshow and the most common thing people say is "I have never seen photos like those." Robyn not only is the most talented photographer I have seen, but she is such a joy to work with! She is so friendly and sweet and has the patience of a saint! Everything about Buttons and Bows is top notch (just look at her website)! I can't imagine ever using another photographer!

Robyn is awesome! We stumbled on to her through a local charity and had her for our engagement photo session. We were so impressed with her work, that we booked her as soon as we found out we were pregnant a year later. The newborn photos are breathtaking and we are so thankful that she is willing to share her talent with our family! We plan on having her photograph our family for years to come. An absolute must for parents!!

We were out of town clients. Robyn was more wonderful than I could ever have expected. She customized the perfect package for our needs. Our shoot took place on location, at Disneyworld, and of course that came with its own set of obstacles. However, Robyn was willing to take as long as necessary to get the perfect shot. She even played videos for our daughter on her blackberry to entertain her during set changes! At one point, our daughter got cranky, and Robyn simply suggested we put her down for a nap. Robyn went to lunch and came back an hour later. That is the kind of personal service you just don't see that often anymore. Her service is exceptional. She is truly passionate about her job and it shows. The shots she got were amazing. I could not have been happier. Robyn was perfect from the minute I made the appointment, to the minute the finished photos arrived. I highly recommend her to everyone. Her services are well worth the costs and then some!

What can I say that would describe Robyn's work?? Fabulous, breath taking, Amazing!! Friends come over to my house and see the art work on the wall and are amazed at what they see. It is only a moment in time when newborns are that small and delicate and she captures the importance of that time. Her patience to deal with newborn hungry twins and to wait for the perfect shot made the pictures a true work of art.

I can't even begin to tell you how fabulous Robyn is. We just did our holiday shoot (a VERY last minute decision on my part). She went out of her way to accommodate our last minute request. Not only that, we had our proofs back in what felt like an instant with her working non-stop, and our cards back in days. Literally. You will be hard pressed to find anyone better. I have heard from all our friends what amazing work she does (from the holiday cards we sent out as well as birth announcements), and I could not agree more. I would be happy to sing her praises all day long. Working with Robyn is a joy, and if you can hire her, you should.

What an amazing holiday session my husband and I had with Robyn. She made my boys look wonderful! Buttons and Bows Photography is the best in town, bar none! :)

Robyn is an outstanding photographer, with incredible images to prove it! She is constantly offering new and innovative products to her clients. Her branding is superb, the best I have seen among any photographer. She keeps a consistent, elegant, classic and clean look throughout her products that is enviable. I am over the moon for Robyn with B&B. She bends over backwards to make her client happy. She never puts a limit on the amount of time she spends either, fussy baby, breastfeeding breaks, potty breaks she just sits back and waits patiently.

Robyn's photos are AMAZING and she's never been anything but professional. I love her work and the time that she takes form each person. She made me feel like I was her only client; that I was really important to her and at the top of her list every time! I won't use anyone but her for our next one!

While Robyn did refund us remaining money on a contract she canceled on us with no explanation even, though we had a professional relationship with her,she of all people should know that money does not make up for memories lost. My husband and I were heartbroken.

When my husband and I were looking for someone to document my pregnancy and birth, we spent a lot of time looking at websites of family photographers but always kept coming back to Robyn at Buttons & Bows. She had a great eye for the subject and attention to detail that my husband admired, but I always felt comfortable with her and that she understood my desires for a great family picture. After our son was born she came back several times to document his early life and now that he is a year old, we couldn't be happier with the pictures of our beautiful boy. Working with Robyn was absolutely fantastic and we can't wait to grab her again for our next baby!

We have used Robyn for all of the milestones of our first born... Maternity, Newborn, 6 month and just recently his OneYear! Each session has turned out perfect and each time her patience amazes me! Robyn's attention to detail is wonderful and she will not stop until she gets "The One". She has truly become a part of our family and you will not be disappointed by her.

We were thrilled when Robyn was available to photograph our family on a recent trip to Orlando. We coordinated it as late in the pregnancy we could and still manage to travel from Virginia. Since it was our final pregnancy it was really important to me to artistically capture this time in our lives. The images I received far exceeded my expectations. The emotion and connection between not only myself and my husband but our 4 and 6 year old children is priceless. I only wish she was closer so we could have her photographed our new son. I would love to have one of her gorgeous birth announcements. We're already trying to plan our next trip down to Disney and get an updated family portrait with our newest member. HIghly recommend. She goes far above and beyond any photographer I have ever used.

This photographer is great. Robyn is the kind of person you go back to over and over again. I will use her for every special event my family has!

I am addressing feedback left by "MMA" specifically. When released from their contract, the family was refunded the pro-rated balance of a non-refundable deposit. They were also refunded the full-value of an unused storyboard, even though it was included at a discounted rate in their package. In addition, they received a pro-rated refund for their PREVIOUS session fees, and $60 for the full face value of two 8x10 gift certificates I had provided as session gifts -- the gift certificates were not purchased by these clients, yet I refunded the face value in cash to them anyway. I released them 100% from owing any future contracted payments due. Regarding the 1-year storyboard - I also added in our final communication that for any digital negatives they chose from the newborn and 6-month session (quote), "I will be happy to note in the copyright-print-release that they may be used for the purpose of a first-birthday storyboard design." I went above and beyond making sure they were adequately compensated for the contract termination and provided over 3 months notice so they would have plenty of time to book another photographer who would be a better fit for their family by the baby's first birthday. It saddens me to no end that they have chosen to hold this feedback over 9 months since their contract release, timed with the launch of the goCityKids "Best Family Photographer" contest for Orlando. Robyn is a gifted photographer. Not only is her technique magnificent, her ability to capture emotion in the moment is unmatched. She photographed my now four-year old when she was about 15 months old. From her post-processing skills to the manner in which she thoughtfully adds her personal touch to her packaging is brilliant. I am so sorry I moved out of Florida. I would not hire anyone else to capture my daughter's milestones.

Robyn did a wonderful job with my sons newborn photo session. We couldn't be happier with our photos. All of our family and friends absolutely loved our announcement cards and newborn slideshow. We will cherish are pictures forever. She is extremely talented and I highly recommend her to everyone!

Let me tell you all you need to know about Robyn's work - you will never, *NEVER* have to question your decision to trust your memories to Buttons & Bows. Robyn is a true professional from start-to-finish, which means I don't have to be. :) Great studio work, great photofinishing. She has an eye for posed photos and a knack for capturing just the right candids to translate personality into print. Someone else said "the proof is in the pudding" and that is so true with Robyn. If you don't believe me, just look at her portfolio. Robyn is amazing.

Robyn's work is so amazing and wonderful - I could just look at it for hours! If I have more children, I'll be bringing them to Orlando just for her photos of them! Her work is fantastic, and her customer service is out of this world!!!

Bad Experience with this photographer. We had a contract for our 1st sons Newborn, 6 month, and 1 year photos. The photographer cancelled our contract without any explanation after our 6 month photo session. She refused to give an explanation. It was disappointing to not be able to get his 1 year photos and our Storyboard from all 3 sessions.

Kudos to Robyn at Buttons and Bows Photography! She provides unwaivering dedication to family photography ... even waiting hours for a perfect shot from a fussy newborn. Possibly best of all though ... is the end result. The memories captured (the smiles, the silly look, those precious early days of your first born) are priceless. And her deft skills in both shooting and processing are the proof in the pudding so to speak. So often I have seen photos ruined by too much processing ... but that is never an issue with Robyn! Gorgeous pictures in every light that will last for lifetimes.
I cannot more highly recommend her for creativity, professional demeanor, and that uncanny ability to "get that perfect picture"!!

I am so greatful that I was able to book Robyn for my son's newborn photos. My son arrived 3 weeks early and Robyn was so accommodating to moving our session around even though it was right in the middle of her busiest season...the holidays. Our Photos are priceless and honestly are the best photos I've seen. Not only is Robyn great with the Camera, but she was so patient with our son as well. We did a maternity and newborn session with Robyn of Buttons and Bows Photography. Even til this day we are in awe of her work. Our friends and family adore every single photo.
