- Enter and you're trapped. You MUST walk through the entire store no matter what you want. And when it's time to pay...good luck figuring out which line to use.

[Submitted by Anonymous3/18/06 - Their staff is inexperienced and unhelpful. Every staff member we spoke to told us something different. As a first time mom going to that store the experience is overwhelming! Their prices sre high and their service stinks! Their delivery charges were also high. You are better off going to a small store where the service is one to one and their prices are better! Some of the smaller stores offer free delivery. We found much nicer furniture at the smaller stores.
