Enter and you're trapped. You MUST walk through the entire store no matter what you want. And when it's time to pay...good luck figuring out which line to use.
Their staff is inexperienced and unhelpful. Every staff member we spoke to told us something different. As a first time mom going to that store the experience is overwhelming! Their prices sre high and their service stinks! Their delivery charges were also high. You are better off going to a small store where the service is one to one and their prices are better! Some of the smaller stores offer free delivery. We found much nicer furniture at the smaller stores.
Please do not shop here! We have a 2 week old and living in New York thought this store would be a great palce given that the typical big box stores ( Target, WalMart,Costco, babies r us ) are not easy to get to. We have had nothing but problems and the worst customer service I have ever had at any store anywhere. They have us all trapped and they know it. If you live in NYC, go to the little mom and pops stores or shop online. Maybe if poeple stop going to this place, they might start to see the errors of their ways!!
