Cabrini Medical Center is a voluntary hospital, sponsored by the Missionary Sisters of the Sacred Heart of Jesus. The Center is an integral part of the Church within the Archdiocese of New York. Cabrini East Village Family Medical Practice (97 East Fourth Street, between 1st and 2nd Avenues, office hours Mon-Wed 8am-6pm; Thu 8am-8pm; Fri 9am-5pm; 212.979.3200), Cabrini Madison Avenue Family Medical Practice (213 Madison Avenue, at 36th Street, office hours Mon-Fri 9am-5pm; 212.686.6622) and Cabrini Haven Plaza Family Medical Practice (One Haven Plaza, 12th Street and Avenue C, office hours Mon 9am-5pm; Tue 9am-5pm; Wed-Fri 8am-8pm; 212.677.2280) offer comprehensive pediatric care. Services include physicals, well-child examinations, immunizations, hearing and vision screenings, treatment for asthma, anemia, sickle cell anemia, and lead poisoning, and monitoring of growth rate and developmental skills. Doctors, nurses and other staff members are fluent in Spanish, Chinese, Russian, Ukrainian, Polish, and other languages. Most insurance plans are accepted.
