With wide-open and well groomed baseball fields, tennis courts, and a nice playground under the shade of old oak trees, Cady Way Park offers a little something for everyone. This is a pretty place to fly a kite on windy days and a relaxing location for a picnic lunch. At the trail head for the popular Cady Way Trail, restrooms, picnic tables, and barbeque facilities are available. The 3-1/2 mile trail is perfect for walking, running, skating, or biking and is frequently busy early in the morning and during rush hour. The YMCA-operated Cady Way Swimming Pool is open seasonally and offers a temperature controlled outdoor pool. Swimming lessons, swim clubs, and recreational swim programs are all available.
