The Caldwell Family YMCA opened in 2005. It offers a full gymnasium, multipurpose rooms, a climbing wall, locker rooms, a teen activity center, a youth activity center, a snack area with a juice and coffee bar, exercise rooms, a jacuzzi, a 25-yard lap pool with six lanes, a recreational pool, a children's pool, and a lazy river. A drop-in nursery is available for kids from six weeks to six years old.

Youth classes and programming at the Y include Teen Nights, pee wee sports, lacrosse, basketball, volleyball, Homework Club, soccer, cross country, track, climbing, drama, art, swimming (including parent/tot classes), diving, lifeguard training, spinning, yoga, martial arts, strength training, personal training, and hip hop.

Many programs are included in the price of membership. Visit the website for pricing on joining fees and monthly fees for the YMCA. Assistance is available for those who need it; no one is turned away due to inability to pay.
