We rented the Velcro Wall and Jungle Jumper for our church fundraising event on 11/8. I am extremely happy with the service this company provided. The set up and take down were done as schedule. The jumpers were clean. Simon was very patient and helpful during our planning process by answering all the emails in a timing manner. I would highly recommend their services and would not hesitate to use them again. Their prices were also very reasonable. I give them an A+.

We rented a pair of jumpers for the company picnic this summer and the kids loved them--neither jumper ever emptied out during the event. California Kids Jump was there early, friendly, set up nicely, and was ready before the event started. We liked the selection of jumpers available and found the prices to be good. Highly recommended.

California Kids Jump came to the rescue. Bali Baly Jumps canceled on me 30mins AFTER they were suppose to arrive. I called California Kids Jump and they delivered a clean jumper with a generator within an hour. They are very easy to deal with, professional, timely and I noticed the jumper was far better than most jumpers I have rented from other companies. I would highly recommend them.

Simon is so wonderful to work with, efficient, timely and understanding! I couldn't have been happier with my experience. The jumper was a blast and everyone at the party had so much fun. This is a trait missing in most dealings I have experience in the past. Simon and team were very informative and professional. I have used CKJ for my daughter's last two birthdays. CKJ provides excellent service--reliable, prompt, responsive and professional. They show up when they say they will, and they return phone calls and emails promptly. Also, when I had my daughter's last birthday party at an SF park, CKJ was very helpful in working with SF's Department of Recreation and Parks in getting the necessary permit and insurance information together--and CKJ didn't even charge me for their extra time on this process. Definitely recommend them! Oh yeah, and the kids love the jumping!

I'm very impressed with the quality of service provided by California Kids Jump. From my initial phone call with questions to the day of the party, I have no complaints. Nothing could have been done better! Simon and Benson were always courteous and accommodating. They arrived on-time to set up the jump house that I requested for my daughter's birthday in Golden Gate park, and returned on-time at my requested time for breakdown. Jumper was in excellent condition and clean. Highly recommended.

We recently rented from California Kids Jump for my son's birthday party. Getting the equipment to the party location was a little tricky, but the delivery guys were very flexible, friendly, courteous, and efficient in delivering, setting up, and breaking down the jumper. Good e-mail communication w/ Simon, who patiently answered my numerous questions. I will definitely use this company again!

Was really bummed that the weather was so bad on my son's birthday, they let me wait untill it was 5 minutes before they had to come deliver to tell them we would have to cancle due to the weather... Bummed we didn't get it! better luck next time!

I would highly recommend this company. They were prompt, incredibly nice and easy going, and the rates are very reasonable. They do not charge for delivery, which is great. The bouncy house was clean and in good condition.

These guys showed up right on time and even waited patiently until the indoor outlet was available to finish setting up. They were very friendly and flexible. The jump house was great and reasonably priced. I would gladly use them again.

They really came through for us! We had a jumper with generator rented for a birthday party at Mountain Lake Park in SF this past weekend. Two hours before the party, they called and said their truck had been broken into and the jumper, blower, tools, and their last generator were stolen. They said they could bring a replacement jumper but did not have a backup generator. I offered to pay for any additional costs for the generator and they indicated they would pickup a generator from a rental place before coming to the park. They arrived within 30 minutes of the original start time with all of the equipment and refused to take any extra money for the generator! The jumper was very clean and they picked it all up right when they said they would! I would rent again from them.

My husband & I are very impressed by the service and timeliness of the drivers. I have tried other jumpy companies before and always have been let down because of their late deliveries. I recommend California Kids Jump.

I ordered a jumper for my child and not only the jumpers were newer and clean, but the staff and drivers brought extras for my daughter. They brought a surprise gift plus extra dozen balloons (for free!). Now that is service -- going above and beyond the call. I highly recommend, and will order from them again!

We recently used California Kids Jump for our daughter's party and the bouncer / jumper was a big big hit with all the kids. This is by far the most fun my kids and their friends had at a birthday party. The rates are very reasonable, selection is fairly varied, the bouncer was clean and the crew who set up the equipment were on time. I definitely would use them again.
