Absolute horrible billing practice. Claim they’ve sent bills for a cancelled appointment. No- they send collection notices for cancelled appointment. (Retribution for changing services after difficulty in getting appointments?! Really?!) Apparently they use Berks Collections. CMG swears the collections claim for $75 in Sep ’08 sent to collections in Aug 2009, but Berks just now making claim/negative credit inquiry. Lots of unilateral "notes in file”, but no one knows how to resolve- its apparently either Berk’s or CMG’s responsibility- depending on with whom you are speaking.

This practice is very unaccommodating. They keep you on the phone waiting for a long time. Very uncaring staff. If there is ever a form needed they refuse to speed things up--everything takes 10 business days. Very interested in patient turnaround, not the patient
