Carriage House Children's Center is a non-profit, non-sectarian facility providing
part-and full-time childcare for children ages six weeks to six years.
Carriage House offers a varied and flexible program that emphasizes the importance of each child as a unique and valued person. A
preschool program is also available.
Carriage House also operates
The Get Well Room for mildly ill children (ages six months through 12 years) who are not able to comfortably participate in their usual school or child care program.
The facility is
accredited by the National Academy of Early Childhood Programs and licensed by the Department of Public Welfare. The preschool is
licensed by the Pennsylvania Department of Education.
Carriage House also manages
The Children's Center of Pittsburgh, an affiliate of Magee-Womens Hospital.
