    Catering to children, Cartoon Cuts is brightly colored, with toys in the waiting room and video players at every seat. Children are invited to lie down to wash their hair (instead of trying to lean back to a sink from a chair), and the stylists really work to make children feel relaxed.

    With the frequent visit program, children receive one free cut after every five.

    Walk-ins are welcome, and when we went there was no wait, however, the stylists advised appointments for the busy afterschool and Saturday morning hours.
