The historic Spanish farmhouse Casa Feliz - located in the heart of Winter Park - may be the city's most well-known building. Designed by architect James Gamble Rogers II in 1932, the home was saved from demolition by members of the community in 2000, moved to its present location, and restored.
The location currently serves as a historic home museum and can be rented for private events. Casa Feliz holds an open house each Sunday from 12n-3pm; self-guided tours are permitted Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10am-12n. Private tours for 10 or more people can be also arranged, by appointment only.
