Catalpa Park is a neighborhood park featuring a sand volleyball court, a picnic shelter, a walking path, a large playground, playing fields, horseshoe pits, a basketball court, two tennis courts, and a skate board area. Perhaps the nicest feature of the park is the abundance of mature trees that nicely shade the park.
The all-abilities playground is best suited for children ages two to 12 and contains all sorts of slides, tubes, and climbing structures.
