Public Tours: Highlights Tours of the Cathedral run Tue-Sat at 11am; Sun at 1pm. Explore the many highlights of the Cathedral's history, architecture, and artwork, from the Great Bronze Doors to the seven Chapels of the Tongues. Learn about the Cathedral's services, events, and programs that welcome and inspire visitors from around the world. Adults $6; Students and Seniors $5. Meet at the Visitors' Center; no reservation is necessary.
Vertical Tours of the Cathedral are offered on Sat at 12n and 2pm. On this adventurous, "behind-the-scenes" tour, visitors climb more than 124 feet through spiral staircases to the top of the world's largest cathedral. Adults $15; Seniors and Students $12. Reservations can be made

Spotlight Tours of the Cathedral are offered on select Sat and Sun at 1pm. These tours, led by senior volunteer guides, delve deeply into the Cathedral's history and symbols. Adults $10; Seniors and Students $8. A schedule of upcoming tours can be found

Family Medieval Arts Workshops are offered on select Saturdays, 10am-12n. Children and families explore the arts of the Middle Ages through stonecarving, weaving, sculpting, and more. Ages four and up, $6/child; $8/child for special seasonal workshops. A schedule for upcoming workshops can be found

Medieval Birthday Parties can be scheduled on Saturdays and Sundays. Children ages five and up can sculpt gargoyles, weave, make brass rubbings, carve a block of limestone, and more during a two-hour party in the Medieval Arts Workshop. Sunday School Program meets Sundays at 10:45am in the undercroft. Open to children ages four to 11,
The Children's Abbey teaches the Judeo-Christian tradition through religious ritual, story telling, the medieval arts, and exploration of the sacred spaces at the Cathedral.
