At the Central Park Tennis Courts, kids and adults can take lessons or just play, with the skyline of New York as a backdrop. Junior permits are required for children from four to 17, then you'll need to purchase reservation tickets, and finally you'll need to reserve a court.
There are 30 courts in all - 26 clay courts for public use and four hard courts for private lessons only.
