Charles River Canoe & Kayak is group of dedicated paddlers who love being on the water. Whether you are interested in purchasing a canoe or kayak, learning to paddle, exploring the Massachusetts coast, or renting a boat by the hour in Newton, Boston, or Lake Cochituate, they are here to make your time on the water more enjoyable.
Charles River Canoe & Kayak offers several camp programs to accommodate kids of different ages and experience levels. their goal is to generate enthusiasm for canoes and kayaks and to help campers become proficient, confident paddlers. The Camps are led by experienced guides who are skilled paddlers, patient instructors, and certified in CPR Water Safety, and Wilderness First Aid. Classes are kept small with a maximum student/instructor ratio of 6:1.
They also offer after-school kayak classes. These classes begin with an introduction to small craft safety, equipment, and basic paddle strokes. Short outings on the Charles River and games are used to develop more advanced skills.

getting there:
From the Massachusetts Turnpike: Take exit 13 (Natick/Framingham). After the toll bear left following the signs for Route 30 East. Follow Route 30 East through two sets of lights. The Park entrance is the next right. There is a $5 fee to park your vehicle.
