Cherry Creek Shopping Center is a lavishly appointed shopping center in the heart of Denver. With a total of 160 shops, restaurants and services, Cherry Creek is one of Denver's premier shopping destinations and one of the top tourist attractions in town.
Neiman Marcus, Saks Fifth Avenue, Macy's, Mac, Movado, and Tiffany & Co. are all on the roster. But that doesn't mean there isn't anything for the kids; pick up new outfits at Abercrombie Kids, The Children's Place, Gap Kids, Gymboree, Jordan Marie, Limited Too, Oilily, Pacific Sunwear, Polo/Ralph Lauren, Timberland, Tommy Hilfiger, or Zutopia.
Other stores of interest for little ones include the Build-A-Bear Workshop the larger than life replicas of breakfast foods (bacon, pancakes, eggs...) in the play area outside Macy's on the lower level inside the shopping center.
Opened in August, 2010, the Rocky Mountain Play Park is an indoor playground for little ones, located outside Macy's on the lower level. The area features iconic Looney Tunes characters and is designed to be a sensory experience to give children the opportunity to immerse themselves in the adventurous activities found in the Rocky Mountains.

getting there:
East: Take Interstate 70 West to Colorado Blvd. Head South on Colorado Blvd to 1st Avenue. Go West on 1st Avenue. West:Take Interstate 70 East to Sixth Avenue. Head East on Sixth Avenue to Speer Blvd. Go East (right) on Speer Blvd. to University Blvd., which will lead you to Cherry Creek Shopping Center.
South:Take Interstate 25 to University Blvd. Head North on University Blvd.
North:Go South on Interstate 25 to Alameda Avenue. Go East on Alameda Avenue to University Blvd. Head North on University Blvd.
