They have a good selection of children's shoes, but the clothing is underwhelming. Moreover, the snobby atmosphere is intolerable. I was there recently while three workers drooled over a perceived big spender - and ignored me (perhaps because I was dressed in my exercise clothes??). At one time this may have been one of the few shopping options, but there are simply better alternatives these days.

The store has hardly any clothing selections for toddlers. There's no organization so what they do have is difficult to find IF they have the size or not. Be careful because the tagged price may not be what they charge you at register.

I have been a frequent shopper here, especially in the second floor toy department where one woman in particular always goes out of her way to find me just the right thing, and wraps it with care. Unfortunately, that level of customer service is not consistent throughout the store. While recently shopping on the first floor, I inquired about a price that seemed unsually high (even for this store) and the response I received from the sales woman was replete with sneered mouth, sarcastic eyes, and condescending tone. I have never experienced such rude behavior from a sales person. Consequently, I will never shop there again.

This place is awesome. If you intend to spend money on your kids, this is the place to go. Real nice stuff, and very warm people helping you find what you need for your kids. Great suggestions and just very warm people. Linda, Patty and Peter are just wonderful. Very lovely people.
