The Children's Galleries for Jewish Culture hosts two fun, interactive exhibitions with eighty interactive stations.
In From Tent to Temple: Life in the Ancient Near East, children hunt for food, grind wheat, weave cloth, dress up, and build little houses. The From Home to Home: Jewish Immigration to America section allows children to decide whether to move, pack their luggage, shop for groceries in a new language, dress up, or design a new community.
Birthday parties at the Children's Galleries for Jewish Culture include exclusive access to the CGJC, a personalized, guided adventure in an exhibition of choice, and a special arts and crafts project to bring home. Parties cost $800 for up to 15 children (maximum of 30 children) and can be held on any available Sunday from 10am to 12n, or on weekday afternoons between 4pm and 6pm. The party host is responsible for providing birthday supplies, food, drinks, and paper products.
