I do not recommend taking your child to this...place. After waiting in the lobby for an hour and a half with only 4 children in front of us since they opened, we were brought in to a filthy exam room where we had to wait for another 30 minutes. We did not get to see a doctor or a nurse, just a practitioner. He spent five minutes with us and left. When we were getting our perscription, we asked that it be called in so we could home quickly. After 50 minutes, the perscription was not called in. I spoke with the woman who said she would call it in "momentarily" and she said she could not get to it but would sometime during the day. I felt this was unacceptable and asked to speak to a superior. I returned to the office to get the percription slip and complain to the doctor. I never got to see any form of management or doctor , they had me wait for another 10 minutes, and I left. The customer service at this place is deplorable. I felt we probably picked up an additional illness during the 2 hours we wasted there. If you can wait a little longer go to Good Night Pediatrics, but they do not open until 5 pm.
