I went to visit the facility in Beachwood and immediately knew this was not the place for my toddler son. As I was approaching the entrance, a parent let me in....guess she assumed I had a child enrolled. I waited for someone to come out to greet me once inside and no one came...I went back out and rang the bell and then one of the teachers, who had already seen me standing in the building came out. So, immediately it seems to me that anyone can come into their building. The facility was dirty! And I could not send my child there!
