Adair Park has three playground areas and barbecue pavilions, with a set of restrooms accompanying each area. Several shaded picnic spots are sprinkled throughout the park, which also features tennis courts, a nature trail, and playing fields spacious enough for kite-flying.

For parties, call for pavilion reservations, or just set up at a few picnic tables.
