About Chuck E. Cheese's
Chuck E. Cheese's, the kiddie birthday party staple, is noisy and frenetic ... but on the upside, your kids can whoop it up without attracting any attention at all and you can leave the entire party mess behind when you leave. Just pop the aspirin before you go.
The chain's main draw is its roomful of family-friendly arcade games and rides and a musical show starring Chuck E. Cheese himself. When kids win at the games, they get tickets that they can exchange for prizes. Add passable pizza, sandwiches, and salad bar, and you have a party. Fall and winter are the busy times - for a weekend party, book two (and preferably three) weeks in advance.
The Standard Party includes a decorated table; cake, pizza, and drinks; free tokens for each child; special treats for the birthday kid, and a visit from the silly mouse.
The Super Party adds a goody bag, $3 additional tokens, 100 free tickets per child, and 500 free tickets for the birthday child. Call for prices; they vary by location.
Check out www.chuckecheese.com - you can print out and mail or email invitations and thank you cards directly from the site!
