Civic Center Park is an attraction-packed destination, with two indoor ice skating rinks, an Amphitheater, an Olympic-sized outdoor pool, a children's water play area, lighted tennis and basketball courts, baseball fields, plus a reservable picnic pavilion and paved bike path. Whew.

If you're exhausted after all that playing, don't worry: you can visit Civic Center Park for a relaxing series of free concerts held each summer. More information about the park, and the concerts, is posted at the city's website, or can be requested by phone at 440.974.5730.

Civic Center Waterpark is open from the first week in June until the last week in August. Family season pool passes are available through the pool office (440.974.5727). The pool can accommodate up to 200 people, and can be rented for private parties. Pool rentals can be arranged through the Recreation Office (440.974.5720).
