about Clark Park:

Clark Park boasts a brand new tot-lot attracting many preschoolers. An older kids playground, farmer's market, and various special events are also offered. The Green Line Cafe offers organic coffee and pastries at indoor and sidewalk tables - great for a snack after a long morning on the monkey bars. The farmer's market is held on Thursday afternoons from 4pm-7pm, and Saturdays from 10am-2pm. Wayfinders runs a vigorous Capture the Flag game throughout the year on Saturday mornings. Clark Park Youth Soccer League organizes a low-stress soccer program for 130 children (ages five and up) during the Spring and Fall - 10 Saturdays each season. The Parent-Infant Center holds weekly twilight storytime readings in June and July at The Turtle. Frequent festivals and other special events, include a children's health fair, the Halloween parade for tots, and the Spiral Q Puppet Theater Peoplehood Parade and Festival. In the winter, legendary sledding can be enjoyed in the bowl!
