Clermont's Historic Village - situated on the corner of West Avenue and Osceola Street - consists of several buildings that played a noteworthy role in the town's establishment and development, including the town's original Train Depot, the Townsend House, the Kern House, and the original Cooper Memorial Library.
The Train Depot was built on the site in 1925. The other buildings have been relocated from other locations in the city.
