ClubKid is a lifesaver, but has it's drawbacks. It's very unstructured. When my daughter is there over a meal time and I tell them to feed her quite often I pick her up and she hasn't eaten. They tell me she was too busy playing. Sometimes she she hasn't had her diaper changed. My daughter tells me that her caregivers are on the phone a lot. It's very chaotic in there and the caregiver:child ratio seems a little light on the caregiver end. During the one Parents Night Out event we took our daughter to (key word: NIGHT) we picked her up to find out she'd been eating cotton candy and other candy - not our preferred snack so late at night.
They advertise that they check identification every time a child is picked up, but in the dozen or so visits we've had we've never had them check our i.d..
But the price is fair and when you really need childcare and are new to the area ClubKid becomes the only choice.

My son loves going to clubkid. He always has fun stories to share about what games he played, what new friends he made, how the teachers were being silly and wearing dress up clothes with the kids and is excited to show me the new pearler bead he made. I encourage all my friends to bring their kids to ClubKid. It's a treat for the kids and a treat for us parents too!

Club Kid has saved me on more than one occasion--and the kids love to go there. The only drawback is the cost. I wish you could get some sort of frequent user discount.

I have been using Club Kid for about the last five years and have only good things to say! While I operated my own daycare for a number of years (making me relatively critical of daycare), my children have never been in traditional daycare, and had a few separation issues. I always received a call to let me know if they were having problems, with the option of picking them up or having the staff to try to nurture them thru it. They absolutely LOVE going to Club Kid and I can, and do use a trip Club Kid as a fun reward for them. I always know they are safe and having a great time.

the longer I took my twin toddlers to ClubKid, the more concerns I've had - such as goose eggs on the head that can't be explained, unchanged diapers soaking thru when I pick them up, and reports that my daughters were "crying unconsolably" for 2 hours without a phone call (and since they were giggling and had no remnants of tears or red faces when I got there, I doubt it's true). They also don't utilize the Toddler Adventure Club that they market for kids under 30 months - rather, all kids run around together in the larger space. Altogether, I'm not very impressed with the programming or supervision.
