The Cocoa Beach Surf Company is a multi-facility complex which could be classified as a surfer's nirvana, housing a three-story surf shop featuring surfboards and accessories, boogie boards, skim boards, clothing, sunglasses, shoes, and beach accessories; a surf-themed Four Points by Sheraton Cocoa Beach Hotel; and services that include beach rentals, a surf-oriented travel agency, and individual or family surf lessons.
